OBJECTIVE:

  • Develop plan and quickly launch enterprise-wide e-mail Marketing solution
ACTIONS:
  • Set strategy for re-designing/re-purposing customer data capture and database architecture
  • Created the “vision” for entire Program (using customer segmentation and customer research)
  • Sourced and selected external service providers while simultaneously developing internal, cross-functional Project Team

OBJECTIVE:

  • Design, construction and “fast-paced” roll-out of enterprise-wide CRM solution.

ACTIONS:

  • Managed comprehensive project to build integrated database of 2.5 million + Canadians linked to interactive e-mail marketing tools from design stage through to delivery in less than 10 weeks
  • Developed “CRM-powered” products and services to drive revenue and improve customer experience
  • Designed, built, costed and launched 4 new revenue-generating CRM Products in span of 4 weeks

CASE STUDY: Presidents Choice Financial

OBJECTIVE:

  • With 10 weeks to launch, develop and manage all launch and roll-out facets of national coalition loyalty program; PC Points

ACTIONS:

  • Built the working "blue print" for PC Points for all operational groups as well as Project partner
  • Managed all technology-related builds, changes and ongoing vigilance for entire Program
